In the II part of the XIX century, on the territory of German village, through the Mikheil ave. was located the garden "Fantasy”, the modern name of the garden is "Garden of Ilia”. The historic garden is equipped with green grass plot and pathways. Here also located the restored, multi function Hall "Garden hall”, in the Garden of Ilia is also the open cinema, sport-resort center, bowling center, billiard, table tennis and Eco-cafe which gives you opportunity to relax after the hard working day.
In the garden of Ilia is located the unique, restored, multi function hall "Garden hall”. Together with the restoration of the garden the initial facade was returned to the building located at the territory. One of them is the building of rotunda type, which probably was
theater. Its construction started at the end of the XIX century, later was added the administrative building the complex was finished at
1926.
