“La Fet” company was founded spontaneously two years ago by two young, enthusiastic women, and today they are engaged in successful and diverse activities in the field of wedding and event planning. Why successful people in different fields decided to organize events, how difficult it was to succeed and what their working principles were - Wedder.ge spoke to one of the company's founders, Nuka Orjonikidze.

- Hello Nuka. Thanks for the interview. Why did you choose this field of activity?

Working on several collaborative projects has shown us that Nia and I (Nia Modzmanashvili, one of the founders of La Fet) are amazingly understanding and balancing each other in business. Why events organizing? Nia has been a radio host for many years and also hosts many corporate evenings and concerts. Those years, she was observing many flaws in organizing many events, then she was telling me about them... One day, I told her let's make a company and work in this direction: Whatever mistakes you see in the work of others will be a good lesson for us. We both like the adrenaline that comes with starting something from zero. We made the decision quickly and we started. I think this was one of the most right and timely decisions in our lives.

- What is the company's working style? Who is involved in the activity?

- The first thing we do is get to know the customer as well as possible: What they like, what they dream about, what their character is, and so on. This allows us to imagine what their event should look like, unique and trendy. The best designers and florists work with us. Although the team that has proven to be one of the best in the past two years, knows its job well and is trustworthy, it still turns out that Nia and I are involved in every detail. We go to the famous night market to pick flowers, spend the nights with designers and florists, and do the housework when needed. We respond to each order in the same way as the first with endeavor and enthusiasm.

Organizing a wedding is the most difficult and responsible thing in this field. You should realize that you are making the most important day for the couple and that it is up to you how they will remember their wedding after years: A. As a very cool day; B. "Not Bad" today; C. A bad day. In our case, the correct answer is "A" for two years now.

- In recent times, couples have often opted for non-standard wedding ceremonies and parties and outdoor locations. What is a comfortable space for you to work in and where do you feel more at ease in the creative process?

- It is our greatest pleasure to work in the countryside. We love Kakheti. This region is mainly chosen by foreigners. Working with them is extremely interesting. Our greatest respect to all the restaurants and hotels, as well as to all the customers who chose us. Just when the mission is to organize, it's a double responsibility for us to invite the guests to your country, to make them like the country, music, cuisine and performances here.
